Identifying and prioritizing the antecedents and consequences of agile leadership in knowledge-based organizations: A mixed approach

چکیده
هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی پیشایندها پسایندهای سبک رهبری چابک استفاده از روش دلفی فازی صورت پذیرفت.طراحی/ روش‌شناسی/ رویکرد: این نوع پژوهش‌های آمیخته رویکرد کیفی کمی در پارادایم استقرایی است که نظر هدف، کاربردی لحاظ ماهیت روش، اکتشافی است. جامعه آماری شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان استان لرستان هستند 30 نفر خبرگان آنها بر اساس اصل کفایت نظری نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شده‌اند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها بخش مصاحبه پرسشنامه بود.یافته‌های پژوهش: نتایج نشان‌دهنده آن میان پیشایندهای چابک، انعطاف‌پذیری، مهارت تفکر خلاقانه، قابلیت مدیریت ذی‌نفعان، شخصیت یادگیرنده، آگاهی محیطی بالا سواد دیجیتال مهم‌ترین عوامل هستند. همچنین چابکی سازمان، افزایش رضایت‌مندی تعهد کارکنان، مشتریان، ترویج خلاقانه پرهیز سکون، اشاعه فرهنگ یادگیری مداوم کارایی اثربخشی سازمان نیز پیامدهای سازمان‌های می‌باشند.محدودیت‌ها پیامدها: جمله محدودیت‌های به دسترسی دشوار اعضای نمونه زمان‌بر بودن جمع‌آوری اطلاعات آنها، کم ادبیات مبانی مرتبط اشاره کرد.پیامدهای عملی: چابک.ابتکار یا ارزش مقاله: یک مفهوم نو جدید انجام شده زمینه داخل کشور بسیار اندک است، این‌رو مؤثر هم د مبنایی برای آینده قرار گیرد راهنمایی رهبران مدیران به‌کارگیری مناسب باشد.نوع مقاله پژوهشی
